That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Goose Lake has it all. Dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Lone Pine; if you like swamps you're in luck, Tulare Swamp is right nearby. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Goose Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 90's while night lows are typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 50's, and overnight       lows in the 20's for Goose Lake. Around Goose Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is January, and October on the other hand is the driest. Camping at Circle V Motel and Trailer Park is always a glorious experience, and while you're here, you could also go to pretty Duck Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Fort Independence Campground is a delightful spot to do that, and there is a brilliant hiking trail                  nearby called the Mount Whitney Trail. Twin Lakes is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and at Goose Lake you always meet someone from Bishop.
