     This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. This is a splendid area for folks who like lakes. Lily Pad Lake is a lake in the vicinity, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Klamath River. Kangaroo Spring is a great local attraction, and if you came to camp Mid River RV Park is a great place to do that.
The amount of rain that falls at Goodbye Lake is close to the national average; through the month
 
   of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is July. If only every place had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great world it would be. There are nice locations to discover along the Horse Camp Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Echo Lake. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is bountiful here in the Klamath Mountains. Go for a hike on the Boundary National Recreation Trail, and everybody  
               loves Elk Meadow.
There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Klamath Mountains. On a gorgeous day you obtain a panorama of Cook and Green Butte from Goodbye Lake. There's so much to do here at Goodbye Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cook and Green Campground is a delightful spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Indian Creek Klamath Tributary for all you adrenaline kick people, and don't leave Goodbye Lake without first going for a hike along the Low Gap Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Windsor Inn.
For the duration of the days of summer here at Goodbye Lake, high temperatures generally reach the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's while Goodbye Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 20's.
