Golden Russian Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. And if that's not enough there's lots more cool stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. There are splendid places to explore along the Garden Gulch Trail, needless to say you could also pop by Lower Russian Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. A great site for whitewater paddling in the neighborhood of Golden Russian Lake is Salmon River - South Fork, and nearby you hit

| | upon the Deacon Lee Trail which is a perfect hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Baymont Inn Yreka is a great location to spend a night or two; camping at Trail Creek Campground is always a tremendous experience. Summertime highs at Golden Russian Lake frequently tend to be in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Lake dipping down into the 20's through winter nights. From a precipitation point of view Golden Russian Lake is a reasonably normal spot; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the
driest month. Just can't get enough of the Klamath Mountains. Camping is available at Idlewild Campground; Creole Belle Gulch is unquestionably a splendid place to take a look at. Why not have a look at nearby Blakes Fork if you're
here at Golden Russian Lake; perhaps you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Waterdog Lake is just a very short distance away. This lake is so wonderful. Golden Russian Lake is located in the Klamath Mountains. What a site this
