Many people like to go to Gold Lake. Summertime highs at Gold Lake mostly tend to be in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Gold Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Frazier Falls, and if you came for an overnight stay Snag Lake Campground is a glorious location to camp. So many cool things to do here in the Northern

| | Sierra Nevada, too delightful to be true. Get dripping wet paddling on Lavezzola Creek, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Royal Gorge is relatively near.
Deer Creek Inn is a perfect spot to get some rest, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Butcher Ranch Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Campground is a great local campground. Any time is a brilliant time at Gold Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. A great nearby hotel is Chalet View Lodge, and paddling on Yuba River - North Fork is so much fun.
Hiking
is a popular thing to do around Gold Lake; Pacific Crest Trail - section 15 is a glorious local trail. Gold Lake gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; during January this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year
is July. All year is a magnificent time in the Northern Sierra Nevada if you go for the outdoors. You must certainly dedicate some time to Lakes Basin if you're here at Gold Lake, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf
course like Graeagle Meadows Golf Course.
You're probably into lakes, Big Bear Lake is one of those nearby; the Deer Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada.
