Gold Lake is located in the Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Feather River - North Fork, and Best Western Rose Quartz Inn is a nice site to get some rest. So many enjoyable things to do at Gold Lake, so little time. If you came to camp White Horse Campground is a pleasant place to do       that, and going for a hike along the Claremont Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. There's so much to do here at Gold Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Bucks Lake Marina is a wonderful location for that, and probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Rock Lake is just a very short distance away. So much entertaining stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada, just phenomenal. One of the governing characteristics of the                  surroundings of Gold Lake is Spanish Peak, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Finger Board Trail.
