Going to backpack up to it in two weeks. Will add more comments on it once we get there. Information says brook trout can be caught there. You can also catch brook trout in cattle creek along the way.

Backpacked up cattle creek and tried to make it to Glenberry lake, however my friend and I didn't allow enough time to get their. We plan on next year making it to the lake and setting up camp.

     If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Sierra Nevada. Heidelberg Inn is a delightful place to get some rest, and paddling on West Walker River is so much fun. Glenberry Lake gets very little rainfall; the month with most of the snow is January, and October meanwhile is the driest month. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Glenberry Lake; the nighttime is rather chillier of course, usually in the 30's. High temperatures  
   during the winter are normally in the 40's; night lows at Glenberry Lake during the wintertime ordinarily plunge into the 0's.
If you love the outdoors, you'll adore Glenberry Lake. You might want to pay a visit to Virginia Pass since you're here at Glenberry Lake, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Ten Lakes Trail. Glenberry Lake is one of the lakes here in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Glenberry Lake is
 
               a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Doc and Al's Robinson Creek Resort is a magnificent place to camp nearby, and Crater Crest is clearly visible from Glenberry Lake.
While you're here at Glenberry Lake you can take a hike along the Gaylor Lakes Trail; not far from Glenberry Lake you'll stumble on Bergona Lake which is a charming lake. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious close by hotel is Yosemite Gateway Motel. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is abundant here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Have a good hiking adventure along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 12, and soar down the rapids of Tuolumne River in a kayak.
Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Turquoise Lake, and Paho Campground is a good local campground.
