This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in the Central Sierra Nevada. For you golfers we recommend close by Snowcreek Golf Course, and Mammoth Pass is another good place to take a look at nearby. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mono Creek; dry warm beds await you at Snowcreek Resort. This lake is so wonderful.

| | Mammoth Rock is an exciting spot to explore while at Lake George. This lake is so wonderful. Mammoth Lakes is a nearby lake that you could check out, and Bottomless Pit is a delightful spot. Through the summer, highs frequently are in the 90's at Lake George. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 40's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Lake George drop into the 20's. So much enjoyable | |

stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada, just tremendous. A brilliant view of lovely Crystal Crag is available from Lake George; what would winter be without some skiing at Mammoth Mountain. A lake nearby is Lake Mamie, and it's a glorious
idea to take a look at Cold Water Creek. Take a hike on the Sherwin Lakes Trail; if you came to camp Cold Water Campground is a good spot to do that. Yeah, come here to Lake George for a glorious time. Very lovely scenery and
great skiing is what you get at June Mountain, and Lake George is right by the Mammoth Rock Trail. All year is a good time in the Central Sierra Nevada if you adore the outdoors. Devils Postpile National Monument is a delightful local
destination here at Lake George, and Twin Falls is an inspiring place to explore while you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Lake George is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, McGee Creek RV Park and Campground is a brilliant
local campground, and Bigwood is a great location to get some rest. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Lake George, too great to be true. Hiking along the John Muir Trail - section 2 is magnificent fun, and San Joaquin
River - Middle Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. The annual precipitation here at Lake George is about average; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most rain, and June meanwhile is the driest month.
