    If you are in Tuolumne county it's always a good idea to stop by Gaylor Lakes. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Sierra Nevada. There is a tremendous hiking trail next to Gaylor Lakes called the John Muir Trail - section 2; everyone loves Dana Meadows. If you fancy the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Gaylor Lakes. Stay the night at Tioga Campground, and glorious skiing awaits you at June Mountain. Do check  
   out Granite Lakes in close proximity to Gaylor Lakes, it's a pretty lake.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a picturesque lake called Upper Gaylor Lake near Gaylor Lakes, and nearby you locate the Pacific Crest Trail - section 12 which is a brilliant hiking trail. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Gaylor Lakes has to offer, you can camp
 
               at Junction Campground; a good close by hotel is Heidelberg Inn. Summertime at Gaylor Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 30's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Gaylor Lakes temperatures descend to the 0's.
On a good day at Gaylor Lakes you can take a hike along the Gaylor Lakes Trail, and on a pretty day you acquire a perfect sight of Gaylor Peak from Gaylor Lakes. Get dripping wet paddling on Tenaya Creek, and Glacier Canyon is another wonderful location to explore nearby. Around Gaylor Lakes you don’t get a lot of rainfall; January is the month that gets the most snow, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
Gaylor Lakes is located in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Mine Creek is a magnificent location to pop by; after a long day outdoors Yosemite Gateway Motel is a delightful spot to spend a night or two.
