This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Lower Sky High Lake is in the vicinity, and a good place for whitewater paddling is Salmon River - North Fork. But wait, there's more amusing stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. A trip to Sky High Valley is always fun, and Cold Spring is an inspiring place to stop by during your stay. Having a great time in the Klamath Mountains is uncomplicated. After a long day outdoors Baymont Inn & Suites Yreka is a great spot

| | to spend a night or two, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Deacon Lee Trail. Little Marble Valley is a great place; Upper Sky High Lake is a great lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Bridge Flat Campground since you're here at Frying Pan Lake; going for a hike along the Garden Gulch Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. So much amusing stuff to do here at Frying Pan Lake, too great to be true. | |

If the weather is great here at Frying Pan Lake, you can go for a hike along the Tanners Peak Trail, and camping is available at Spring Flat Campground. Frying Pan Lake is a rather wet place typically with a lot of rainfall; the
month of December is the wettest with most of the rain; July is when it's the driest. Through the warm months at Frying Pan Lake temperatures are usually in the 90's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Highs through the
winter are mostly in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Frying Pan Lake are in the 30's. Get your heart beating on the good whitewater of Klamath River, and there's some flowing water nearby, Big Rock Fork is a stream you can pop by while here. Frying Pan Lake is one of the lakes here in the Klamath Mountains.
