Good hiking is available along the Cone Point Trail, and if you get bored of Frog Lake you could also visit close by Hemlock Lake. You just must go for Frog Lake. Frog Lake is not the only place close by, Rainbow Lake is a close by lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Frog Lake; Coal Mine       Trail is a brilliant local trail. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is abundant here in the Southern Cascade Range. Go for a hike on the Angel Meadow Trail. There's so much to do here at Frog Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tennant Campground is a nice place for that. A wonderful site to take a look at in the neighborhood of Frog Lake is False Gap, and brilliant skiing awaits you at Mount Shasta. This lake is so wonderful.
