Having a nice time at Forbidden Lakes is uncomplicated. Paddling on Canyon Creek is so much fun; Canyon Creek Falls is always fun to check out. Forbidden Lakes is one of the lakes here in the Klamath Mountains. Be careful coming to the Klamath Mountains, you might not ever want to return back home again. Trinity River - North Fork has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by, and you can stay the night at Ripstein Campground. Yeah, come up here

Lakes, it's a gorgeous lake. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Forbidden Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Hobo Gulch Campground is a magnificent location for that, and Mount Hilton is clearly visible
from Forbidden Lakes. Throughout the warm months at Forbidden Lakes highs are frequently in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Forbidden Lakes temperatures descend to the 20's.
