    If you are in this part of California make sure to pay a visit to Forbidden Lakes. This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Klamath Mountains. If you wish for a little side spree, try Stonehouse Gulch, and don't forget to take a great little trip to Boulder Creek. All through the summer at Forbidden Lakes highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course, regularly in  
   the 40's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 40's; night lows at Forbidden Lakes through the wintertime typically fall into the 20's.
There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Forbidden Lakes. Whitewater paddling is nice on Trinity River - North Fork; don't leave Forbidden Lakes without first paying a visit to Canyon Creek Falls. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Deacon Lee Trail,
 
               and from Forbidden Lakes you acquire a fine vista of Mount Hilton.
This spot, the Klamath Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. Upper Canyon Creek Meadows is right here at Forbidden Lakes, and Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is a very good spot to check out. Why not camp at Ripstein Campground while you're here at Forbidden Lakes. Lakes? Sure, Boulder Creek Lakes is nearby. From a rainfall point of view Forbidden Lakes is a pretty normal spot; most of the rain falls during December, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
If you came for an overnight stay Hobo Gulch Campground is a great place to camp; get dripping wet paddling on Canyon Creek.
