If you need a place to stay Quail Hollow One is a brilliant choice, and soar down the rapids of Stanislaus River - North Fork in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Bear Valley. Fly in Acres Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Pinebrook Reservoir is a nearby       lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Golden Pines RV Resort and Campground is a tremendous place to camp. All the water falling down from the sky makes Fly in Acres Reservoir a wet spot; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month is July. The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. North Grove Campground is a nice campground nearby, and if you come at the                  right time of year, Stanislaus River - Middle Fork offers some tremendous whitewater. Just can't get enough of the Central Sierra Nevada. Big Trees Creek is a splendid local stream, and if you've had enough of Fly in Acres Reservoir, White Pines Lake is nearby. And if that's not sufficient there's a load more exciting things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada.
