Around Fifth Lake you don’t get a lot of rainfall; through January this area sees the most rain while June is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Why not camp at First Falls Campground since you're here at Fifth Lake. Having a tremendous time in the Central Sierra Nevada is painless. While you're here at Fifth Lake it's a magnificent idea to have a look at Sam Mack Meadow,       and Agassiz Col is positively a magnificent site to take a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Kings River - Middle Fork; you need to stop by Palisade Glacier if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. On a beautiful day you get a sight of Mount Agassiz from Fifth Lake, and if you need a site to stay Bishop-Days Inn is a wonderful choice. During the warmest time of the year here at Fifth Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into                  the 90's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the winter the highs are frequently in the 50's while Fifth Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the winter are in the 20's. Don't miss out on a journey to Devils Postpile National Monument if you're here at Fifth Lake; the John Muir Trail - Pacific Crest Section is a splendid hiking trail nearby.
