Many people like to go to Fern Lake. Just can't get enough of the Central Sierra Nevada. Lakes? Sure, Agnew Lake is in the neighborhood, and close by you locate the John Muir Trail - section 2 which is a glorious hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Mammoth Mountain, and not far from Fern Lake you'll come across Yost Lake which is a gorgeous lake. This lake is so wonderful. Fern Lake is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Grant Lake Marina-campground is a magnificent local campground; going for a hike on the Mammoth Rock Trail is always a wonderful adventure. Looking for a pleasant visit? Devils Postpile National Monument is reasonably close to Fern Lake; you have to absolutely dedicate some time to Spooky Meadow | |

camp here at Fern Lake is Reverse Creek Campground. Fern Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Fern Lake. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures
sink down into the 30's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's; night lows all through the wintertime for Fern Lake tend to be in the 0's. Now, you may assume that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here
at Fern Lake. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. The skiing at June Mountain is splendid, and dry warm beds await you at Snowbird Condos at Mammoths Canyon Lodge. From a rainfall point of view
Fern Lake is a reasonably typical place; the wettest month of the year is generally January, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is June.
