There's so much to do here at El Estero that you need to camp here for a while, Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park is a great location for that, and nothing beats kicking back at Del Monte Beach. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Santa Lucia Range. This place, the Santa Lucia Range, has so much outdoors amusing things. Hit the beach if you want, San Carlos Beach is practically       right here. Lakes are wonderful; Del Monte Lake is a lake that's near El Estero. El Estero gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; January is the month that gets the most rain, and August on the other hand is the driest. So much exciting stuff to do in the Santa Lucia Range, not sufficient time. There's delightful hiking along the Rattlesnake Creek Trail, and why not pop by Point Cabrillo also since you're here. And that's not all you can do here                  at El Estero. Here at El Estero you can observe Devil Hill; if you need a site to stay Hyatt Regency Monterey is a glorious choice. You'll need more than a day to explore everything El Estero has to offer, you can camp at Cypress Tree Inn Of Monterey, and if you're here and you like golf, you can take a look at Del Monte Golf Course. El Estero is one of the lakes here in the Santa Lucia Range. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Carmel River is so much fun, and don't leave El Estero without first going for a hike along the Soberanes Canyon Trail. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; El Estero has it all. Monterey Harbor is a lovely location next to El Estero; dry warm beds await you at Hilton Garden Inn Monterey. While you're here at El Estero you will meet lots of people from nearby Salinas, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Little Sur River. At El Estero through the summer months highs are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 60's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to El Estero.
