a rain point of view El Estero is a quite typical site; most of the rain falls through January while August is commonly the driest month.
This lake is so wonderful. Devil Hill is clearly visible from El Estero, and if the weather
is nice, you can go for a hike along the Rattlesnake Creek Trail. Man, is there a load of amusing stuff to do in the Santa Lucia Range. A trip to Point Cabrillo close to El Estero is always a wonderful idea; whitewater paddling is
splendid on Carmel River. Going for a hike along the San Clemente Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; a golf course nearby is Del Monte Golf Course.
This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Soberanes
Canyon Trail is magnificent fun, and in the event that you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Sur River. So much entertaining stuff to do here in the Santa Lucia Range, too pleasant to be true.
This lake is located in the wonderful Santa Lucia Range.
At El Estero through the summer months highs are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 60's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at El Estero.
