Lake Estelle is always a pleasure to visit. This place, Lake Estelle, it absolutely has so much outdoors cool stuff. If you're here at Lake Estelle, you could pop by Whisky Creek, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Big Spring Trail. The amount of precipitation that falls at Lake Estelle is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that snows the most, and July is the month with the least moisture.

| | If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Northern Sierra Nevada. Here at Lake Estelle you can spot KT-22; the snow is good at Homewood.
Splitrock Campground is a tremendous local campground; a gorgeous lake like Five Lakes is a magnificent place to take a look at. Yuba River - South Fork is a pleasant whitewater spot in the neighborhood of Lake Estelle, and do take a hike on the Granite Chief Trail. But wait, there's more to do | |

This lake is so wonderful. Squaw Valley Lodge is a great spot to get some rest, and why not head up to Alpine Meadows and strap some skis to your feet. These mountains rock, just look at all the entertaining
stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. A delightful place for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Lake Estelle is Truckee River, and a visit to Big Spring will fill your spirit with good feelings. Lake Estelle is right by the
Five Lakes Creek Trail, and everybody loves Alpine Meadows.
High temperatures at Lake Estelle during the warm days of summer are in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. High temperatures through
the wintertime are normally in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Lake Estelle are in the 10's. The Northern Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Plumpjack Squaw Valley Inn; why not camp at Bear Creek Campground while you're here at Lake Estelle.
