Elk Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Elk Lake. Camping is available at Cook and Green Campground, and going for a hike along the Horse Camp Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. A beautiful lake like Echo Lake near Elk Lake is a brilliant place to explore; a great place for whitewater paddling is Indian Creek Klamath Tributary. And if that's not enough

| | there's lots more amusing stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. Cameron Meadow is a splendid spot to check out, and if you came for an overnight stay Hutton Campground is a great site to camp. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Inn At The Rogue, and Echo Canyon is nearby, and is a tremendous place. here at Elk Lake reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and nighttime lows all through the wintertime for Elk Lake tend to be
in the 20's. The Klamath Mountains scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. You have to unquestionably explore Butte Fork Slide while you're here at Elk Lake, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the
Low Gap Trail. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Cook and Green Butte can be observed from Elk Lake, and do have a look at Butte Fork Applegate River if you're here at Elk Lake. Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's
even more enjoyable things to do here in the Klamath Mountains. You can run the rapids of Klamath River in the vicinity of Elk Lake, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Boundary National Recreation Trail. Kangaroo Spring is always fun to check out.
