A visit to Big Spring will fill your soul with great feelings; why not camp at Preacher Meadow Campground if you're here at Lake Eleanor. This lake is so wonderful. Trinity River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Weaverville Victorian Inn. If you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Coffee Creek; after a long       day outdoors Lewiston Hotel is a tremendous site to spend a night or two. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things in the Klamath Mountains. Don't miss out on a tour to Whiskeytown National Recreation Area since you're here at Lake Eleanor, and if you came for an overnight stay Alpine View Campground is a fine place to camp.
