At El Capitan Lake through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. During the winter highs are in the 60's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at El Capitan Lake temperatures drop to the 40's. El Capitan Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a wonderful                  outdoors paradise. At El Capitan Lake you can spot El Cajon Mountain.
