There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Echo Lake. You're probably hooked on lakes, Billy-Be-Damn Lake is one of those nearby, and if you came to camp Stoney Point Campground is a glorious place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant spot like Red Mountain Meadows here at Echo Lake is too glorious to miss, and if you have time, Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is a national park worth visiting. Echo Lake is located in the Klamath Mountains. Summertime at Echo Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. winter nights. The annual precipitation here at Echo Lake is about average; most of the rain falls through December, and July meanwhile is the driest month. The peak of Gibson Peak can be spotted from Echo Lake; needless to say,
this is a great region for folks who like lakes, Lake Anna is a lake in the neighborhood. So many exciting things to do here in the Klamath Mountains, too great to be true. Coffee Creek has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot nearby,
and Deer Creek Pass is another nice place to pop by close by. All year is a glorious time in the Klamath Mountains if you like the outdoors.
