Go to Echo Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. There is a nice hiking trail in close proximity to Echo Lake called the Low Gap Trail; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Windsor Inn. A perfect place close to Echo Lake is Cook and Green Pass, and if you've had enough of Echo Lake, Elk Lake is close by. Through the warm months at Echo Lake highs are usually in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. Daytime highs

| | during the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Echo Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. This location, the Klamath Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things. Camping is available at Cook and Green Campground, and Kangaroo Spring is always fun to check out. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Echo Lake is great! visit Butte Fork Slide. This lake is so wonderful. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Klamath River, and on a pleasant day you can take a hike along the Boundary National Recreation Trail. Echo Lake is a beautiful lake
in the Klamath Mountains. There's whitewater on Indian Creek Klamath Tributary for all you adrenaline junkies, and on a lovely day you get a delightful panorama of Cook and Green Butte from Echo Lake. A common amount of precipitation
falls here at Echo Lake; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month of the year is July. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Klamath Mountains. If the weather is glorious here at Echo Lake, you can go for a hike along the Horse Camp Trail, and Elk Meadow is a great site.
