This lake is located in the wonderful Southern Cascade Range. This location is great, just check out all       the enjoyable things to do near Echo Lake. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Childs Meadows Trail, and swing by Summit Creek it's a great location to visit. At Echo Lake all through the warm months highs are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Echo Lake are in the 10's. These mountains rock, just check out all the entertaining things to do in the                  Southern Cascade Range. Going for a hike along the Growler Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; a good close by hotel is Bailey Creek Cottages. This lake is so wonderful. Near Echo Lake you hit upon Grassy Swale which is a pleasant place to have a look at, and Echo Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Kings Creek Campground is a fine place to camp nearby. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Southern Cascade Range. Warner Valley Campground is a tremendous local campground, and Hat Mountain can be distinguished from Echo Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Hanna Trail is wonderful fun; after a long day outdoors Best Western Rose Quartz Inn is a fine location to spend a night or two.
