This lake is so wonderful. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Klamath Mountains. Trail Creek Campground is a nice campground nearby, and you can go for a hike on the Tanners Peak Trail. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Eaton Lakes it's a wonderful idea to stop at Paradise Hollow, and you can run the rapids of Salmon River. A typical amount       of rainfall falls here at Eaton Lakes; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area near Eaton Lakes has to offer. If you need a place to stay Baymont Inn & Suites Yreka is a nice choice; going for a hike on the Deacon Lee Trail is always a fine adventure. This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. But wait, there's                  more cool stuff to do in the Klamath Mountains. You get a glorious panorama of Eaton Peak from Eaton Lakes; you'll find a lovely lake called Sugar Lake. Coffee Creek is a great whitewater spot near Eaton Lakes; lakes are such peaceful spots, why not take a look at Big Duck Lake. High temperatures at Eaton Lakes during the summertime are in the 90's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's.
