High temperatures at Dry Lake throughout the days of summer are in the 90's. All through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Dry Lake sink into the 20's. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Dry Lake rocks! After a long day outdoors Lamplighter Lodge is a wonderful location to spend a night       or two. There is a wonderful hiking trail next to Dry Lake called the Lanyan Trail, and camping is available at Whitlock Campground. A common amount of rain falls here at Dry Lake; the wettest month of the year is usually January, that's the one that rains the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Go for a hike on the South Fork Cottonwood Trail, and Thomes Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby. So many entertaining things to do here                  in the Klamath Mountains, too splendid to be true. Going for a hike on the Ides Cove National Recreation Trail is always a magnificent adventure; paddling on Elder Creek is so much fun. This lake is located in the wonderful Klamath Mountains. This lake is so wonderful.
