The beauty of Dry Lake is reason enough to stop by. Through the summer at Dry Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 40's with temperatures at Dry Lake dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff truly is abundant here in the San Bernardino Mountains. Here at Dry Lake there are plenty of people from Riverside-San

| | Bernardino-Ontario; the Dollar Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the San Bernardino Mountains. The slopes of Snow Summit are so inviting noone can resist, and a good place to camp here at Dry Lake is Oso-Lobo Campground.

aside to spend at Lodgepole Spring while you're here at Dry Lake, and a lake close by is Dollar Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great planet it would be. South Fork Meadows is a fine location
here at Dry Lake, and a wonderful vista of lovely Charlton Peak is available.
What would winter be without some skiing at Bear Mountain, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Big Bear Lake Chateau is a brilliant choice.
Hiking is a popular thing to do around Dry Lake; North Fork Meadows Trail is a great local trail. Mine Shaft Saddle is a great spot to visit next to Dry Lake, and perfect hiking is available along the Dry Lake Trail.
Dry Lake
is a good place of common precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is June. This lake is one of the great places here in the San Bernardino Mountains.
