High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Dry Lake drop into the 10's. Go for a hike on the Claremont Trail, and a pleasant view of striking Bucks Mountain is available. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Sierra Nevada for a nice time. Since you might be in a lake visiting       mood you can always have a look at close by Cape Lake, and if you need a location to stay Bailey Creek Cottages is a perfect choice. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant close by hotel is Best Western Rose Quartz Inn, and you need to pop by Chucks Rock since you're here. So much fun stuff close to Dry Lake, simply incredible. Stay the night at Sandy Point Campground; close by you discover the Yellow Creek Trail which is a nice hiking trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Sundew Campground is a great campground nearby; going for a hike on the Cleghorn Bar Trail is always a great adventure. A normal amount of rain falls here at Dry Lake; most of the snow falls during January while July is commonly the driest month. All the outdoors enjoyable things in the Northern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back over and over.
