In California there are many beautiful lakes, Dry Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. There are plenty of folks from Eureka-Arcata-Fortuna here at Dry Lake, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Van Duzen River. For the duration of the days of summer at Dry Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are generally in the 50's, and overnight lows at Dry Lake during

| | the winter typically drop into the 30's. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Coast Ranges. The sight of McClellan Mountain from Dry Lake is picturesque; get yourself into a kayak and hit Mad River.

Lake you can take a hike along the County Line Trail, and if you need a location to stay Dean Creek Resort is a fine choice. Going for a hike along the Pilot Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and camping
at Dry Lake is magnificent fun, Blake Spring Campground is a magnificent local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. On a good day at Dry Lake you can take a hike along the Blake Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Coast
Ranges. Just can't get enough of the Coast Ranges. Hogback Creek is a tremendous place to stop at, and everybody loves Alder Flat.
Dry Lake gets much water; December is the wettest month with most rain while July is usually the driest month.
