Dry Canyon Reservoir is a lake worth visiting. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is plentiful here in the Sierra Madre. Paddling on Piru Creek is so much fun, and Pettinger Canyon is another wonderful site to pop by close by. A delightful close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Santa Clarita, Ca, and why not camp at Zuni Campground since you're here at Dry Canyon Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.

| | in the Sierra Madre. If you need a place to stay Hyatt Valencia is a good choice, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Warm Springs Necktie Trail. The Sierra Madre scenery is always beautiful. Man, is there plenty of exciting stuff to do close to Dry Canyon Reservoir. The Burnt Peak Trail is a nice hiking trail near Dry Canyon Reservoir, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mt Waterman if you're here.

here at Dry Canyon Reservoir is Valencia Travel Village, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Piru Creek. During the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Dry Canyon Reservoir, and the overnight is a bit colder of
course, usually in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are usually in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Dry Canyon Reservoir sink into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon
playing golf at Vista Valencia Golf Course is always a bliss, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Warm Springs Trail.
At Dry Canyon Reservoir you don’t see much precipitation; most of the rain falls throughout February, and the driest month is July.
