Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff near Dorothy Lake. The Mountain Club is a great location to get some rest, and one of the principal traits of the surroundings of Dorothy Lake is Black Dome. Lots of rainfall falls at Dorothy Lake; the month with most of the snow is January, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Kirkwood has fine slopes and a friendly staff, and Dorothy Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than

| | a day at, Bloomfield Campground is a wonderful local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Charity Valley Trail is magnificent fun; dry warm beds await you at The Meadow. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. All the outdoors cool things in the Northern Sierra Nevada will keep you coming back persistently. to camp here at Dorothy Lake is Highland Lakes Campground. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Sierra Nevada for a great time. Dorothy Lake is right by the Burnside Lake Trail; everyone loves Bloomfield Meadow. Whitewater paddling
is magnificent on Carson River - East Fork; if you've had enough of Dorothy Lake, Upper Kinney Lake is nearby. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section
13; don't forget to take a glorious little trip to Kinney Creek. During the long summer days at Dorothy Lake highs are commonly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's. For the period of the winter
highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Dorothy Lake. While staying at Dorothy Lake you could always discover Ebbetts Pass, and great skiing awaits you at Bear Valley.
