Many people like to go to Doris Lake. Doris Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada. So much fun stuff to do in the Central Sierra Nevada, not sufficient time. After a long day outdoors Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada is a great place to spend a night or two, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Sherwin Lakes Trail. | | more than a day at, Bolsillo Campground is a great local campground, and the Red Mountain Trail is a nice hiking trail nearby.
A glorious location to camp here at Doris Lake is Vermilion Campground, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Sierra Summit is relatively near. Summertime at Doris Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's with night lows in the 40's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 40's; night lows all through the winter | |

for Doris Lake tend to be in the 20's. Devils Postpile National Monument is a fine location in the vicinity of Doris Lake, and going for a hike on the Mammoth Rock Trail is always a tremendous adventure.

stuff in one place! Doris Lake is unbeatable!. This place, the Central Sierra Nevada, has so much outdoors fun stuff. A quick tour to Bear Creek close to Doris Lake is a fine idea; Tule Lake is a nice lake nearby. You can observe
Devils Table from Doris Lake, and get covered with water paddling on Mono Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Mammoth Mountain is great; get yourself into a kayak and hit San Joaquin River - South Fork. Not much precipitation
falls here at Doris Lake; January is the wettest month with most rain; June meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Juniper Springs Resort is a splendid choice, and Mono Meadow is a fine site here at Doris Lake.
