Go to Doane Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Doane Creek is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out, and Doane Pond is right by the Mission Trail. Doane Pond is a beautiful lake in the Santa Rosa Mountains. Be careful coming to the Santa Rosa Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. If you need a site to stay South Coast Winery Resort And Spa is a glorious choice, and Chimney Flats is a picturesque location any time

This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Doane Valley Reservoir is close at hand, and there's tremendous hiking along the Gomez Trail. That right there is a heap of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the Santa Rosa Mountains has it all. Dry warm beds await you at Pala Casino Resort And Spa, and if you came for an overnight stay Cedar Grove Campground is a nice place to camp. This lake is so wonderful.

Campground; a magnificent spot is Doane Valley. Doane Pond is pretty dried out usually; during the month of January you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is July. Through the warmest time of the year, highs frequently
are in the 80's at Doane Pond. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 60's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 60's, and overnight lows in the 40's for Doane Pond.

Pond truly is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. The Aguanga Trail offers hiking at its best; a great vista of delightful Boucher Hill is available.
