It's always fun to stop by Dewell Lake. Take a hike on the Smoke Howe Trail, and Dewell Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Hammerhorn Campground is a tremendous local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Wrights Valley Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit Eel River - Middle Fork. Yeah, come up here to the Klamath Mountains for a tremendous time. A journey to Bell Spring will fill your soul

| | with great feelings, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Hammerhorn Lake.
You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Some of the water nearby flows, like Alder Creek, and Dewell Lake is right by the Wrights Ridge Trail. All through the summertime, highs commonly are in the 90's at Dewell Lake. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. During the
wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Dewell Lake temperatures fall to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel - Willits is a good place to get some rest, and Airplane
Meadow is a great location to check out.
Be careful coming to the Klamath Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Get dripping wet paddling on Black Butte River, and camping at Little Doe Campground is always a wonderful experience.
