Go to Dewell Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Be careful coming to the Klamath Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Dewell Lake; Wrights Ridge Trail is a good local trail; of course, this is a nice neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Grass Lake is a lake nearby. Good hiking is available along the Wrights Valley Trail; paddling on Black Butte River is so much fun. That right there is a load

| | of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Klamath Mountains has it all. Float down the rapids of Eel River - Middle Fork in a kayak, and you can stay the night at Hammerhorn Campground.
Bell Spring is always fun to check out. There's so much to do here at Dewell Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Little Doe Campground is a good site for that. At Dewell Lake through the days of summer highs are in the 90's, and during summer nights temperatures | |

are in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Dewell Lake temperatures dip to the 30's. Dewell Lake gets a common amount of yearly rainfall; January is the month
that gets the most rain; the driest of the months is July.
If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Dewell Lake. Airplane Meadow is a delightful location to check out, and why not a little side journey
to Alder Creek. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. The Smoke Howe Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Willits is a tremendous place to spend a night or two.
