Don't leave Devils Hole Lake without first paying a visit to Horse Thief Spring; a gorgeous lake like Scout Carson Lake is a great site to stop by. If you adore the outdoors, you'll go for Devils Hole Lake. Ferguson Point Campground is a good local campground, and The Meadow is a good place to get some rest. If the weather is nice here at Devils Hole Lake, you can go for a hike along the Emigrant Trail; if you're interested in cool geologic highlights try Machado Postpiles. Summertime highs at Devils Hole Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's.
