Soar down the rapids of Lavezzola Creek in a kayak, and if you're here, you might as well have a look at Pearson Ravine. A pleasant location to camp here at Delahunty Lake is Black Rock Campground, and camping is available at Ross Campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Deer       Creek Inn is a fine choice, and don't leave Delahunty Lake without first going for a hike along the Finger Board Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Feather River - Middle Fork is so much fun, and since you're here, you could go to Gibson Creek. Delahunty Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Not far from                  Delahunty Lake, you'll find Onion Valley Reservoir which is a lovely lake, and good hiking is available along the Cleghorn Bar Trail. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Duck Soup Pond; hiking is a popular thing to do around Delahunty Lake; Claremont Trail is a great local trail. At Delahunty Lake during the summer months highs are in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 40's.
