Many people like to go to Davis Lake. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are in fact bountiful here at Davis Lake. Hiking along the Sherwin Lakes Trail is good fun, and a wonderful sight of lovely Mount Morgan is available. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Mono Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada. Throughout the summer months highs here at Davis

| | Lake get into the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Davis Lake plunge into the 20's. Man, is there lots of enjoyable things to do in the Central Sierra Nevada. Head up to Mammoth Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and you're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Hilton Creek Lakes is one of those close by. Lakes are perfect; | |

Stanford Lake is a lake that's close to Davis Lake, and don't miss out on a spree to Devils Postpile National Monument while you're here. It is very dried up here at Davis Lake commonly; January is when you get the most rain here;
June on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Davis Lake is a delightful spot to visit for more than one day, Palisade Campground is a delightful spot to camp nearby; the snow is wonderful at June Mountain. So
many cool things to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too wonderful to be true. San Joaquin River - South Fork is a splendid whitewater spot in close proximity to Davis Lake, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the
Mammoth Rock Trail. The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Davis Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lake Outlet Campground, and Mammoth Creek Inn is a great place to get some rest.
