Stumpy Meadows Lake
 | 19 miles away Do not go to Stumpy Meadows. You will not like the horrible screech of the osprey and eagle as they swoop down to steal our fish, nor will you appreciate the lack of television or telephone reception. Naw, go to the river, and I will see if I can scare off those pesky birds with my patented `stare from afar'. I will let you all know when it is again safe to drive up here...... |
