In California there are many beautiful lakes, Culbertson Lake is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Chalet View Lodge is a splendid place to spend a night or two, and you can go for a hike on the Crooked Lakes Trail. Man, is there heaps of amusing stuff to do in the Northern Sierra Nevada. South Fork Canyon Creek is a fine local stream, and don't leave Culbertson Lake without first going for a hike along the Round Lake Trail. An average

Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Culbertson Lake. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 40's. All through the wintertime this place
gets highs in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Culbertson Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Sierra Nevada. Bowman Mountain is painless to spot from Culbertson Lake, and there are
brilliant places to explore along the Bowman Mountain Trail.
There's so much to do here at Culbertson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Carr-Feeley Campground is a wonderful site for that; a glorious close by hotel
is Deer Creek Inn. You completely should adore the Northern Sierra Nevada. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Soda Springs, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Yuba River - South Fork.
You'll need more than a day to look at everything Culbertson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Lindsey Campground; there are plenty of folks from Truckee-Grass Valley here.
