Crystal Lake is one of the lakes here in the Southern Cascade Range. Crystal Lake is a good location to visit for more than one day, Dusty Campground is a good location to camp nearby, and there's some flowing water nearby, Rising River is a stream you can explore while here. Man, is there plenty of amusing stuff to do right next door to Crystal Lake. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop by Rising River Lake close to Crystal Lake. Summer at Crystal

| | Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Crystal Lake. An average amount of precipitation falls at Crystal Lake; through December this area sees the most snow, and July is when it's the driest. Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Bunchgrass Trail. Baum Lake is a splendid lake close to Crystal Lake; Cassel Campground is a brilliant
campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A fine place for whitewater paddling right next door to Crystal Lake is Pit River; a trip to Crystal Lake wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Rock Spring.

A 4 1/2 star golf course is about 30 minutes in Fall River Mills. The north entrance of Lassen National Park is a short 20 minute drive and Subway Cave, a volcanic formed tube , is a 5 minute drive. Another attraction to this area is the Thousand Lake Wilderness area, hiking and beautiful scenery are part of the experience in this remote wilderness area. If you aren't up to all these activities you can just relax here in the park, watching the ducks in the lake and the fish jumping or fish for our trophy rainbow trout with barbless flies or barbless single hook spinners. Our lake Catherine is catch and release only.
All of our RV sites are full hookups, which include water, sewer, electric, cable and 2 hours of free wi-fi. We have a rec-hall for our guests to gather for groups or family gatherings.
