Courtright Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. What a site this is for outdoors people. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Sierra Summit, and get your heart beating on the brilliant whitewater of Dinkey Creek. Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is bountiful here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Going for a hike on the Red Mountain Trail is always a fine adventure, and Voyager       Rock Campground is a fine local campground. Do stop at Courtright Dam while you're here at Courtright Reservoir, and why not camp at Marmot Rock Campground if you're here at Courtright Reservoir. Summer at Courtright Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while nighttime lows are generally in the 40's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Courtright Reservoir dipping down into the 20's during winter                  nights. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Sierra Nevada. A lake nearby is Clear Lake; Maxson Meadows is a delightful site to check out.
