This is a great beach near Sunny Cove in Santa Cruz. Very clean, not many people. Mainly locals. Great for body surfing. Love it there!

Corcoran Lagoon is always a pleasure to visit. If you come at the right time of year, San Lorenzo River offers some great whitewater; a day at Lincoln Beach is time well spent. Arana Gulch is in the vicinity of Corcoran Lagoon and is definitely a tremendous spot to go to, and Corcoran Lagoon is not far at all from Santa Cruz-Watsonville. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend

All the water falling down from the sky makes Corcoran Lagoon a wet place; January is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July. During the days of summer at Corcoran Lagoon temperatures are usually in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Marsh close to Corcoran Lagoon make for tremendous sites to take a look at; you'll hit upon a picturesque lake called Bonita Lagoon.
Go for a hike on the Rincon Fire Road Trail; Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor is a stunning place,
definitely worth a visit. De Laveaga Golf Course & Lodge is a golf course in the neighborhood of Corcoran Lagoon, and a glorious close by hotel is Best Western Capitola By-The-Sea Inn & Suites. Why not camp at Beach RV Park since
you're here at Corcoran Lagoon; a wonderful lake like Moran Lake is a good location to visit.
You just ought to love Corcoran Lagoon. Pine Knoll Mobile Manor is a great local campground, and a wonderful beach nearby is Moran Lake
Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Why not stop by Black Point also while you're here, and after a long day outdoors Hitching Post Motel is a brilliant place to spend a night or two.
