Corcoran Lagoon is a lake worth visiting. Any time is a good time at Corcoran Lagoon if you fancy the outdoors. If you need a location to stay Best Western Capitola By-The-Sea Inn & Suites is a nice choice, and in case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on San Lorenzo River. A large amount of precipitation falls at Corcoran Lagoon; January is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount

| | of precipitation. High temperatures at Corcoran Lagoon throughout the long summer days are in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter the highs are frequently in the 50's, and night lows at Corcoran Lagoon through the winter regularly plunge into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Corcoran Lagoon that you need to camp here for a while, Beach RV Park is a great place for that, and | |

why not explore Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor since you're here. If you want to hit the beach, Moran Lake Beach is in the neighborhood, and De Laveaga Golf Course & Lodge is a perfect golf course nearby. This lake is so wonderful.
Corcoran Lagoon is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Knoll Mobile Manor is a delightful local campground, and Arana Gulch is another pleasant location to stop at close by. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Arana
Marsh is right nearby, and Black Point is close at hand and always glorious to have a look at. This site is peerless, just explore all the amusing stuff to do close to Corcoran Lagoon. Hitching Post Motel is a tremendous place to
get some rest, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Santa Cruz-Watsonville here. On a tremendous day it's a fine idea to spend the day at Lincoln Beach; San Lorenzo River has a good whitewater paddling spot close by. Bonita Lagoon
is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and going for a hike on the Rincon Fire Road Trail is always a wonderful adventure.
