If you are in Madera county it's always a good idea to stop by Cora Lakes. So much fun stuff to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada, too brilliant to be true. Granite Creek Campground is a pleasant local campground, and do take a hike on the John Muir Trail - section 2. The warmest time of the year at Cora Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 90's with night lows in the 50's. Through the winter highs are commonly in the 40's, and throughout the dark

While staying at Cora Lakes you could always explore The Niche, and Cora Lakes is a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Clover Meadow Campground is a magnificent place to camp nearby. a delightful time in the Central Sierra Nevada if you have a thing about the outdoors. Hiking along the Gaylor Lakes Trail is delightful fun, and you can run the rapids of San Joaquin River. Cora Lakes gets a normal amount of annual
precipitation; the wettest month of the year is usually January, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is June. Going for a hike along the John Muir Trail - section 1 will let you absorb the natural beauty of
this vicinity, and Bugg Meadow is a brilliant place here at Cora Lakes. This lake is so wonderful. The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down
to Cora Lakes. A tremendous close by hotel is Snowbird Condos at Mammoths Canyon Lodge; delightful skiing awaits you at June Mountain.
