Get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Jenny Creek, and Bloomingcamp Peak is clearly visible from Copco Lake. For the period of the long summer days at Copco Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Copco Lake are in the 20's. Copco Lake is pretty       dried out usually; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Southern Cascade Range. Beaver Creek is a delightful stream that is worth a visit, and a great place to camp here at Copco Lake is Bear Canyon Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Copco Lake without first checking out Klamath Rim, and you're in all probability keen on lakes, Fall Creek Reservoir is one of those nearby.
