Now, you may imagine that's a heap but there's even more cool things to do here in the Central Sierra Nevada. While you're here at Conness Lakes you can take a hike along the Gaylor Lakes Trail, and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tenaya Creek. If the weather is splendid here at Conness Lakes, you can go for a hike along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 12. Mount Conness is easy to spot from Conness Lakes, and if you

| | came to camp Sawmill Campground is a nice spot to do that. At Conness Lakes you don’t see much rain; January is when you get the most snow here; October meanwhile is the driest month. Conness Lakes is a beautiful lake in the Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. On a good day at Conness Lakes you can take a hike along the John Muir Trail - section 1; lovely scenery and nice skiing is what you obtain at June Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. | |

If you want to visit some exciting stuff, visit Conness Glacier. There's so much to do here at Conness Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Saddlebag Campground is a good place for that. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things to
do are in fact plentiful here at Conness Lakes. Lundy Pass is a pleasant location to spend some time at, and Yosemite Gateway Motel is a good place to get some rest. Tuolumne River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by, and
while you're here, you could also stop at charming Wasco Lake. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Conness Lakes. Through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 30's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime
are in the 40's with temperatures at Conness Lakes dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Whohoo, so much exciting stuff in one place! The Central Sierra Nevada is great! You'll locate a striking lake called Cascade Lake near Conness Lakes; after a long day outdoors Heidelberg Inn is a good place to spend a night or two.
