Not far from Colman Lake, you'll come across Round Valley Reservoir which is a beautiful lake, and camping is available at Eagle Lake Marina. High temperatures at Colman Lake through the summer are in the 80's, and the overnight is a little colder of course, commonly in the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Colman Lake. Since       you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out nearby Mahogany Lake; after a long day outdoors Budget Host Frontier Inn is a fine location to spend a night or two. Colman Lake gets a typical amount of annual rainfall; January is the month that gets the most snow while July is ordinarily the driest month. This                  lake is so wonderful.
