From       a rainfall point of view Coleman Forebay is a pretty normal place; the month with most of the rain is January, and the driest of the months is July. A quick tour to Spring Branch near Coleman Forebay is a fine idea, and you're sure to bump into some cheerful folks from Red Bluff here.
