Cogswell Reservoir gets a common amount of precipitation; February is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July. around Cogswell Reservoir; Upper Winter Creek Trail is a pleasant local trail, and Cogswell Reservoir is a good place to camp, Spruce Grove Campground is a good place. High temperatures at Cogswell Reservoir through the warmest time
of the year are in the 80's, and the night is slightly cooler of course, generally in the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 50's with temperatures at Cogswell Reservoir dipping down into the 30's through winter nights.
