Mammoth Mountain Inn is a fine site to get some rest, and Crest Creek is close to Clark Lakes and is always a bliss to explore. That right there is heaps of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Central Sierra Nevada has it all. Badger Lakes is a great lake close to Clark Lakes, and Clark Lakes is a magnificent spot to visit for more than one day, Grant Lake Marina-campground is a magnificent spot to camp nearby. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours

| | in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Central Sierra Nevada. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend San Joaquin River - Middle Fork, and if the weather is brilliant, you can go for a hike along the John Muir Trail - section 2. Everybody nearby loves skiing at June Mountain, and a splendid nearby hotel is Heidelberg Inn. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Clark Lakes with nighttime | |

lows in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and overnight lows at Clark Lakes all through the wintertime usually fall into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Spooky Meadow is a delightful place to stretch
your legs a bit, and the peak of Carson Peak can be spotted from Clark Lakes. From a rain point of view Clark Lakes is a rather typical spot; the month with most of the rain is January, and June is the month with the least moisture.
Any time is a splendid time at Clark Lakes if you have a thing about the outdoors. The Central Sierra Nevada scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Clark Lakes, for example Summit
Lake, and Clark Lakes is in close proximity to Agnew Pass which is without doubt worth going to. This site rocks, just explore all the cool things to do near Clark Lakes. Gotta ski! Mammoth Mountain is a delightful spot to do that,
and the Gaylor Lakes Trail is a tremendous hiking trail close by. Trailer Park Campground is a tremendous campground nearby, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Mammoth Rock Trail.
