The fish were very nice size as this was posted property and may not be ventured to the lake. Great memories. Spring Valley Golf Course is a nice golf course nearby, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Lanai Garden Inn & Suites is a good choice. At Cherry Flat Reservoir during the long summer days highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 50's, and night lows at Cherry Flat Reservoir during the winter mostly fall into the 30's. Whitewater       paddling is magnificent on Arroyo Valle River, and you'll meet a lot of people from San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara here. This location is great, just check out all the fun stuff to do close to Cherry Flat Reservoir. Cherry Flat Reservoir gets very little rainfall; January is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Arroyo Hondo River.                  There's so much to do here at Cherry Flat Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Joseph D.grant Park is a tremendous site for that.
