This lake is so wonderful. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Charmaine Lake has it all. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Salmon River, and if you've had enough of Charmaine Lake, English Lake is close by. And if that's not enough there's heaps more enjoyable things to do in the Klamath Mountains. If the weather is splendid here at Charmaine Lake, you can go for a hike along       the Garden Gulch Trail, and you get a magnificent view of English Peak from here. At Charmaine Lake all through the warm months highs are in the 90's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows in the 30's for Charmaine Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Charmaine Lake a wet place; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount                  of precipitation. Just can't get enough of the Klamath Mountains.
