    If you like lakes and you're in this part of California you can check out Chamberlain Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Devils Postpile National Monument is one of the destinations near Chamberlain Lake that are wonderful to go to. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Chamberlain Lake rocks! There's so much to do here at Chamberlain Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Jackass's Meadows Campground is a perfect spot for that, and dry warm  
   beds await you at Mammoth Creek Inn. If you love the outdoors you'll love it here in the Central Sierra Nevada. Stay the night at Lower Blayney Campground, and the Mammoth Rock Trail offers hiking at its best.
Throughout the days of summer here at Chamberlain Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's while Chamberlain
 
               Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 20's. Around Chamberlain Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is January; the driest of the months is June. At Chamberlain Lake you can spot Mount Hooper, and Rodeway Inn Sierra Nevada is a delightful site to get some rest.

The Tombstone is an exciting thing to see since you're here at Chamberlain Lake; a charming lake like Crazy Lake is a good place to take a look at. This lake is located in the wonderful Central Sierra Nevada. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Red Mountain Trail; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Sierra Summit is relatively near.
Whitewater paddling is great on San Joaquin River - South Fork, and there's brilliant hiking along the Sherwin Lakes Trail.
